Why I choose this theme?

Turned to yoga during a stressful and overwhelming time.

I have gone through prolonged periods of overwork, experiencing body aches, nausea, emotional turmoil, breathing issues, and signs of depression. I found yoga to be a way to balance and heal my wounds.

Rediscovered self, let go of bad habits and toxic relationships.

After practicing yoga, I noticed significant improvements in my mental and physical well-being. I became more aware of my bad habits and things affecting my energy, gradually eliminating negativity from my life.

Yoga helped clarify career direction and foster a peaceful, happy life.

Meditation in my yoga practice has enhanced my self-awareness, allowing me to understand who I am, what I want, and what I need. I want to share my perspective on the benefits of yoga through photography to help more people discover this practice.

  • There are many benefits of Yoga in human’s mental health, including releasing helpful brain chemicals, relieving depression, reducing stress, easing anxiety, improving sleep,… However, these benefits are hard to measure.

  • Yoga helps artists delve deep within themselves, reflect, and understand who they truly are. Practicing yoga enables artists to control their body and breath during the creative process, enhancing the effectiveness of their art.
